Yes, the training includes several female/softball images and references in the training.  Works great for softball players!

  What age is this designed for?

It's good for all ages, I'd say 7 is the youngest I can recommend for.  We have a "Lecture" version that's preferred by High School players - just straight to the point, no acting out the scenarios.  While most of our students are 8-14, the concepts are rock solid for older players as well.

I recommend you watch no more than two at a time.  The lessons are short but meaty - I'd like for a player to spend a little time with each concept/lesson.  But if you get excited and want to watch them all at once that's fine too.  No wrong way!

Hi!
