Rx'd: 1 round of 3 to Right Center, CF and Left Center with each hand (18 throws total)
-Front elbow under chin.
-Focus on holding back hip in place...don't be too quick with lower half.
-Don't "goose" the elbow. Keep it stacked in line with shoulders over the hip.
